IMPORTANT WEATHER ANNOUCEMENT!

Due to the extreme cold temperatures forecasted for this weekend, we made the call to cancel the 8:30 AM service this Sunday (1/14/2024). The 10:30 AM service will be as normal with nursery, Cornerstone Kids, and live stream all available.

Stay warm this weekend! We’ll see you Sunday at 10:30!

As the end of the year approaches, we would ask for you to prayerfully consider contributing to the loan for the recent building addition. This addition has been an amazing aid in ministry. It is fairly normal for us to have 50 kids in the Cornerstone Kids wing for Children’s Church (nursery-elementary). We have already served countless meals in the fellowship hall. We host events big and small, including most recently the Art of Marriage Conference.  We are making every effort to pay this down as quickly as possible while we continue to do the ministry God has called Cornerstone to do.

Cornerstone Kids

Age 4 to Grade 5

Kid’s Church: Kids age 4 through 5th grade will be released for Children’s Church at the end of the praise & worship time, except for the first Sunday of each month which is Family Sunday.
 
BOOM: BOOM is a mid-week kids program for kids age 4 to 5th grade on most Wednesdays at 6:30 PM. Check the Facebook group for schedule details. BOOM will resume in September
 
NURSERY: The nursery is open every Sunday during the second service (newborn-age 3).
 

Youth Ministry

Junior High & Senior High

GROUNDED || Jr/Sr High Youth Group || Sundays at 1:30 PM* 
*Grounded will not meet on Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.
 
ROOTED || Last Sunday of each month**, a special gathering for youth 5th grade and up during the 10:30 service
**Rooted will not meet on New Year’s Eve.
 

Celebrate Recovery

 
CR meets every Friday night!
 
6 PM DINNER
7 PM LARGE GROUP || Worship followed by a lesson or testimony
8 PM SMALL GROUP || Groups are gender specific and divided by topic
 
CHILDCARE AVAILABLE: Infant to 4 yrs
CELEBRATION PLACE: Grades K though 5th

Foundation Stones

If you are interested in learning more about Cornerstone, becoming a member, and serving in our ministries, please plan to attend our Foundation Stones class on Sunday, January 21 at 4 PM in the Coffee Shop. You’ll visit with Pastor Tony and one of our church elders about our past, present, and future. Please let us know if you plan to attend so we can give you some materials in advance to preview.

Baptism

If you are following Jesus and would like to take the steps to make a public proclamation of faith through baptism, please let us know. We would love to hear your story and to celebrate this new life with you! We are planning a baptism service on January 28.
